I had a quick visual of Red trying to hold Rover on his shoulder while trick-or-treating.

But, Parrot Rover likes his perch!

Yes, after the first house, Rover must ride on Red’s shoulder.

The wagon is the forerunner to the pickup truck, but nothing can replace man’s best friend, squawk squawk. Yip yip yip yip yip

I took my childhood dog trick or treating with me (at least) once. About a third of the houses gave her a doggie treat. One gave her lunch meat ☺️
