They are doing the race of the century. That’s how long it will take to finish.

Actually laughed seeing Kevin in the last panel giving that much effort to run the slowest.

I don’t know how you do what these dudes say they’re doing. There’s an old riddle about a pasha (or, name your potentate) who tells his two sons that he wants them to run a race and will leave the sultanate to the son whose horse loses the race. That set-up sounds a little too obvious . . . anyhow the deal is that the brothers swap horses, such that each prince has every incentive to win, so that his horse loses.

Girls just don’t understand boy sports.
