Why is the well spoken, highly educated Mr. Danders being passed around like a common rodent?
This animal leads a hellish existence.
I had a Guinea pig for lunch once while visiting a family in Peru. I wonder if the kids would like to hear about that?
Sounds like Dill’s house.
I’ll have to remember that line, next time I want to get out of a conversation. “I gotta go finish coloring something.” Beautiful. :)
I don’t believe any animals should be kept in cages, just to amuse us, or whatever…but on the other hand, many humans should be!!!
I think that is the most polite I have ever seen Alice. Mr. Danders’ erudite blathering sent her scurrying. The stench of lawnmower and the cacophony of chatter must have put her head in a spin.
Gotta go with Alice. Mr. Danders and his self-centered pomposity leave me cold!…
