In case you were wondering, “No. The Pattersons’ front door has never had a mail slot marked ‘MAIL’ before”. That is here for this joke only.

Next time watch your toddlers. But again it’s not time to really talk about that yet

Contrary to what this comic page says, we Canadians can identify a door mail slot indoors without needing the name MAIL stenciled on it! However that is not the same with a breadbox. I don’t know how many breadboxes I have seen with the name BREADBOX stenciled on its door.

Will the button get flushed or cleaned?

At least she’ll get her deposit back.

I don’t think it’s worth saving.

Medical care must be free in Canada. Nobody here would waste the doctor’s time or their own (and money) for a button.
