You can do this more than once. Just think of it as celebrating with others (in other time zones) all around the whole world. Then again, if you’re tired, like bear is, you can just celebrate with an earlier time zone and go to bed early for your own time zone. It’s all good.
When our granddaughters were younger we’d take care of them on NYE. The CNN feed on our cable is on eastern time. Here on the left coast it means that the ball drops at 9PM. We could put them to bed at a reasonable time.

It’s one of the benefits living on the west coast… I can watch the ball drop in NY and go to bed at a reasonable hour. lol (I’m getting old.)
