Floaters can be entertaining as you try to move them a little by rapidly moving your eyes to one side or up/down but then people start to ask if you are o.k.
I’ve had clear floaters for as long as I can remember – but for the last few years I’ve had one in my left eye that looks like a piece of tangled black thread. I’m so used to it that the only time I really see it is when I’m swimming laps with goggles on – it really shows up against the pale blue pool bottom. Newer one in my right eye is like a fast-moving bug. I’m still getting used to that one, and occasionally try to swat it!
Cataract surgery consult is next week – we’ll see what happens!

Oops, if the plugger is duped by all these things, then he is Duper-Man, not Superman.

I always think they are gnats and spend time trying to swat them.

The participants in our hawk watch site skew to the older end of the age spectrum and floater sightings are a regular occurrence.

I like the eye mucus that move across your eye. It’s like looking through a microscope at microbes in a drop of water on the glass slide.

What were the first two guys who thought it was a bird or a plane so excited about?

Rapidly moving eyes will work. But then you look like Elon Musk when he speaks at times. LOL…

Not bad for an 85 year old guy. Does mean the Big Blue Boy Scout is now a plugger? THE Superhero. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVM-pSD0QlI

I’m constantly startled by floaters in the margins of my vision.

Finally, an admission that being a Plugger just means being indescribably stupid.
