I’ve been very lucky. I was “let go” 2 times in my work life in semiconductors, and each turned out for the better. The first resulted in claiming unemployment. I used the most detailed description of my job in the forms: “microphotolithographer”. Gee, they couldn’t find anything for me for ;-) Eventually I contacted someone I’d worked for before and was hired – a regular paycheck with a 401K and bonuses was way better. The second time I just walked into another department and was hired into their group so it was effectively a transfer ;-)

How would this appear if everyone was working remotely. Is there any pep to rally?
