We have to do these mandatory “safety in the office” courses online (once a year), of which part of it is to do with sitting properly and setting up the desk correctly. There’s one person on my team that sits really badly and often slouches. After doing the course, he tries to sit properly for a while and ends up with back ache. So he goes back to slouching again.
