This arc is not at all complimentary to Luann.

Maybe YOU need to treat Gunther with a bit of respect too, “Ber-nice.”

Hard to remember, but I think Luann was a bit more like this in the early years of high school. The positive thing is to see her maturity. We may be a bit surprised by her behavior here, but that’s because she has become a much better person.

Luann was just as hard to like as Brad before he met Toni.

Why would any guy be attracted to such a thoughtless jerk?

Luann is being kind of a jerk to Gunther.
