Former Capitol cop Michael Fanone bashes Trump and McCarthy on Jan. 6 anniversary

Appearing on CNN on the second anniversary of the Jan. 6 insurrection, former Capitol cop Michael Fanone expressed his dissatisfaction that Donald Trump is not in jail before bashing Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for putting Congress through the turmoil of multiple Speaker votes. Speaking with “CNN This Morning” co-host Kaitlan Collins, Fanone began by saying it was “strange” being back at the scene of the Capitol riot before being asked it about that day now that two years have passed.

I have often taught that essay to my students. The analogy is very apt.

The GOP really is the dog that caught the car. Govern?? Hah! That’s for sissies and squishes and (feh!) DEMOCRATS!

Interestingly enough, I don’t THINK I’m smarter – I KNOW I’m smarter! and they prove it over and over with their silly and ultimately stupid utterances.

Republicans don’t want to govern. They don’t want anyone else to govern, either.

They believe the patriotic multinational corporations can run things just fine. They greatly admire the Russian oligarchy and want something very close to that for America.

Ele fink has been Trumped.

Just replace the names with Democrat and Republican:
