Wait a minute. This guy laughs at a two week sentence in the slammer for littering? Littering is against the law here, but rarely enforced. So, Rod was slumming from fighting dragons this week and nabbed a litterer to make him look busy. Oh, well.

On a serious note, when are people like that going to learn that the world is not their personal garbage dump? I have seen litter on the side of the road in national parks. Maybe they should bring back the PSA featuring the crying Indian.

That is what we need to do with our criminals, lock them, no parole. Lock them in a 8 × 8 steel shed, no tv, no exercise stuff, just food, water, toilet and reading material.
