Carbon dioxide increases, along with methane, when atmospheric water vapor decreases. Upper atmosphere ozone decreases when water vapor decreases. Violent storm activity increases when atmospheric water vapor decreases. Inland fresh water resources decrease when atmospheric water vapor decreases. Atmospheric water vapor was greatly decreased by cooling of the seas during the ice age. This resulted in glacial recession, inland desertification, sea rise and atmospheric warming, coincidental to rises in CO2 and CH4, and a decrease in upper atmosphere O3.

Or, we could stop breeding like rabbits. A sustainable population would eliminate most or all of our problems. But few seem willing to talk about that.
