Yummy, Yummy Fish Heads!

I often ask my fishmonger for fish heads and bones for broth and sauces. Do you wanna see what goes in those burgers and hotdogs?

Fish heads, fish heads, roly poly fish heads.

It’s either that or starve until dinner, Ishy!

Grew up in the Midwest. Never saw fresh fish until I moved to New England. HoJo’s fried clam strips are still a favorite!

But they’re made all wrong!
