Given that Marigold mentioned remembering when the state was covered in glaciers, I wonder if she had any mammoth or ground sloth friends when she was younger.

Remember Marigold: You gotta share that day with the other unicorns.

Let’s see if rephrasing may help: Marigold, what did you do as a filly that you no longer do as an adult?

Born in 82 and even with that perspective, I am still surprised we made it during our me times without internet.

My first thought after reading Panel 1 was: “EVERY day is a unicorn’s day!”

So she figured out her daily routine pretty early on, and except for allowing you into her life, she hasn’t really felt she needs to change it. I can respect that.

I’m told that every dog has its day. Not sure if that applies to unicorns.

The existential horror of immortality. Well, it’s not that bad.

I used to know actual people who did that back in my day. Not all of them had any right to, of course.

We should all be unicorns. Well, maybe not remarking on our own beauty, but then, we’re not unicorns. Know what I mean?
