Kind of reminds me of Arthur C. Clarke’s “Foundation”. Maybe it was a domed city with flying ability?

I was scanning the ocean to make sure none of the floating things were messages in a bottle. Looks like all of them were lobster trap floats.Does anybody know if Will has established Wallace’s dad’s color scheme for his floats?

Kid must’ve watched Stargate: Atlantis.
