I was already making my own bread, but without a bread machine (no knead method). I still do. But during the height of COVID it got harder to find both bread flour and yeast.
Learned to cut my own hair early on, and haven’t been to a barber since.
Our local liquor store ran out of wine. It was a grape tragedy.
We had those things before tha pandemic.
I need to try my hand at bread making again.
That certainly describes life during Covid!
