The squirrel doesn’t need rescuing, boy. I wonder why that skier can’t just strap on his skis and go downhill.
Dog instincts triumph over rescue training-
I find this cartoon diminutive of the well-trained and diligent rescue dogs everywhere. They are more focused on their task than this mut is.
When we lived in snowy/mountainous areas, kids were taught to “hug a tree” (i.e., stay put) if lost in the woods. Makes it easier for the search party to find them.
