Fred is in, he is all in!

Snuggy at home in front of a warm fire with mom and dad is ALWAYS better on a blustery cold day.

Nothing better than napping in front a warm fire. Right Fred.

Yes indeed; being out on a day like that really makes you appreciate coming back in to a nice warm home, a good meal, and a nap by the fire.

We’re headed for a new record number of days with snow in Western Oregon.

I’m with Fred on this one………..again.

I like to ice fish, but when I start thinking about a nice hot shower, I know it’s time to get off the ice…

I love the depiction of the weather in this snow arc (the snow the other day, on the dogs, was great!). This feels so real, whereas most of the strips have very mild or no weather at all. Cool

Meanwhile, down here in Alabama, it is in the mid 80s (or roughly 28 C according to my thermometer).

That’s one thing I miss being retired: arriving home at the end of the day to warm-and-cozy. But it balances out OK when I think about the other end of the day, as I sit chin deep in my throw with yet another cup of coffee in hand.
