Fred takes the 5th.

Fred thinks that she needs to make healthier diet choices.

She knows who stole the sausage. Just letting Fred admit to it. Don’t believe that will happen soon.

After all these years you’d think Mrs. Dear would hide the sausages somewhere… but no, she won’t.

You know you ate them!

You need to ask?

It was the one-armed man that did it!

It was the dog behind the curtain ;-)

Did you leave them on a table within reach of a dog? And you’re supposed to be the higher species?

Sigh…they never learn….

On the advice of his barrister ….

Take the Fifth, Fred!

Fred – “I can neither confirm or deny”.

Say nothing until your attorney is present

No pictures, no witness, no statement, no crime.

Sigh…

When our first dog did something wrong and was confronted with it, his head would hang down and his tail went between his legs. When you forgave him he would almost jump for joy. Of course that didn’t stop him from doing it again. Our second dog was better behaved, but still strayed sometimes. The difference was that he had no guilt at all. When you scolded him, he would just keep wagging his tail and looking innocent.

There’s no evidence.

She knows the answer already- -why ask?

He didn’t see ‘em and he certainly didn’t eat ’em.

That’s his story and he’s sticking to it.

I believe it is their fault for leaving them out, for a dog that is to much temptation

I refuse to answer because it may tend to incriminate me…when you smell it on my breath.
