I know how you feel Ziggy.

Kept banging my head against that invisible wall.

Dizzying. The world is so vast and my bowl is so small.

doing the same circles but the opposite way.

The fish in the bowl, has just had the realization that he has joined the human race. They just live in a bigger bowl.
