    It’s 28 degree outside here at 8:00 am. Depending on where you are, that is either encouraging or depressing. Again, it’s all about location, location, etc.

    Today’s supposed to be okay – mostly clear and cool, but tomorrow we get hit with yet another atmospheric river (#13 this year I think).

    40F. windchill 32F, and light rain (0930 MST). It’s been warmer and will be warmer this week, but for the first day of Spring? Ominous.

    Back when I lived near Erie, PA we could tell that Spring had sprung by two measures: first, the sun actually came out (during the winter you could go months without a sunny day) and second, the snow that fell didn’t actually stick…
