Corporations pledge the attention to a customer is a matter of paramount importance to their business, then sick the robo-operators and chat-bots to divert the customer into the black hole vortex of customer service hell.

I wonder how generative AI will change tech support. I for one would rather speak with AI-generated systems that can tailor their responses very specifically to my questions and answers rather than some menu system that only has a fixed number of pre-recorded responses.

I answered the phone myself because I have nothing better to do right now
