Ed kind of looks like Clumsy Carp in his beatnik days.

I think this is the first time I’ve ever smiled at a B.C. comic.

Shouldn’t this be a “Throw-back” Thursday strip?

Oddly enough, we all work harder than we used to.

This discombobulated me for a second. Working Daze is near the end of my comics and BC in the beginning, and I would have sworn I was nearing the end. However, seeing Ed and Jay bought me back to reality. And like P51Strega said, I then wondered if it was Thursday. Quite a refreshing comic today.

The Eds of this world have learned to take advantage of technology.

I bought into the future giving us more leisure time fifty years ago, then spent thirty years working overtime so investors had more leisure time.

Hunter/gatherers only worked about 20 hours a week to fulfill their needs. The rest was leisure time. Yeah, we really advanced alright…..

Computers will simplify our lives and end paperwork forever… and television will be a boon to culture and education!
