Well, I’m closest to Larry. But why would I put on fresh boxers from the drawer and not just wear the ones I have on? I’ll put on fresh boxers in the morning after taking a shower.
My late night gaming teenage years was surprisingly close to that on weekends. Fridays was usually boxers because school uniform was uncomfortable and you’ve got to be comfortable when schooling noobs.
Flannel PJs for winter. Long sleeve, long leg, knit for late fall/early spring, knit long pants and red cross T shirt for late spring/early fall, shorts and red cross T shirt for summer. Red Cross used to give a T shirt with every blood donation, all XL so too big to wear, but great for sleeping. Always end up with the legs of the pants around my knees so it’s mostly for sitting around after bath, but before bed that dictates what I’m wearing. I do use a robe in the cooler months.
I hate throwing out clothing which is good except some problem – such as wearing out the knees of my jeans. So I started sleeping in these jeans and either long sleeve or short sleeve T shirts. I also wear loose socks as my feet are cold.
Now my sleepwear costs nothing, keeps me warmer (cold in bedroom in winter and with a/c on same in summer) and is extremely comfortable.
In colder weather I put one of my two nightgowns (bought decades ago) or a sweatshirt over the rest of it.

Why Granpa Frank’s PJs have pockets? For his keyes and glasses in case he gets locked out of course, cell phone also if you want to be modern.

Love the drawings. Especially young Tobias. Tell the cat not to drag that thing into the house!

I myself own no bifurcated nightwear.

Pockets are for leaving used tissues in, so you have to run the laundry twice.

Since age fourteen I have preferred to let my body breathe at night.

The pockets are for Kleenex that you forget to take out before laundry day
Commando on hot day with blinds closed is nice. Wife gone to greater reward, so no one to snicker as I make coffee
