New York city has a lower crime rate then Jim Jordans district in Ohio it also has a lower crime rate then Kevin McCarthy’s district in Cali.

NYC is officially the most stressed-out city in the United StatesAccording to survey by the William Russel Company 7/1/2022

(ranking is based on cleanliness, financial stress, LGBTQ+ safety and suicide rates)

If you then figure in violent crime, property theft, and un- incarcerated thugs walking about plus the overall cost of living, I’d say you’ll scare away most that would consider moving there…

Was it the size of the rats going through the garbage saturated streets? Maybe the takeout of Mac and Cheese for lunch that cost $15?

I have to work in NYC for a few weeks every year. 20 years ago it was something to look forward to; for the last 5-7 years its been a nightmare that just keeps getting worse and you never wake up.

Well, they do have a Rat Czar now, so expect more rats, I guess. Nature of bureaucracy.
