When I had 2 wisdom teeth removed, I was surprised by the amount of force he was applying to my jaw.
A good dentist will have a lot of pull …
Prepare for living with Hercu-less teeth…
he’s pulling without pliers

I wish I had a video of the dentist pulling some of my teeth when I got braces. He put his knee on the arm of the chair to get enough leverage.
Reminds me of the line in UHF…‘open wide!!!’.
Back when being a dental patient involved spitting! Pretty sure that the dental offices I’ve gone to have been spitless since the early 70’s.
When I had mine taken out, I couldn’t eat for a week
Nice timing for this, I’m having a molar removed tomorrow. At least now they knock you out completely though. I can’t imagine being awake while they are yanking a body part out of your head.
Warming up for the big yank!
Next, he starts sharpening his tools…
Holy crap!
He’s got this down to an extract science.
“Sometimes you have to pull the whole jawbone out. So I need to warm up and strengthen too. Shame I left my crowbar at home again.”
Not a real good sign …
I need a pain killer to read these comments.
certainly not the most modern dentist—love the spit bowl- bet his drill has lots of cables too!!
“Oh, you thought you were coming in for just a routine cleaning? Bwahahahahaha!!”
I’m not taking that as a good sign.
