Ummm, talk to me AFTER you cough up the hairball.

Qat is in wide-eyed disbelief at the man’s smoker’s breath.

Too bad he doesn’t have a mute button.

I would NEVER say something like that to my cat.

What the cat hears.

And people wonder why their cat doesn’t listen to them.

I always talk to Tigger…he meows back all the time…in fact he always get the last meow. Puuurrfect!

I saw a delightful cartoon recently that said if your cat could text you, it wouldn’t.

The Qat looks bored.

My cats would probably understand it. I fear that i might carry the same expression as the cat when a specific one of my few neighbours pops in for a chat…

Remarkably like how cat speech sounds to humans. I’ve heard that the brain area devoted to verbal stuff is less well developed in cats than it is in dogs and parrots. It’s not related to general intelligence.
