Ooooh! You’re just misunderstood! Let me get a social worker for you! You don’t have to steal for a living, we’ll give you an apartment, furniture, a car, and food stamps so you can eat. That ought to make you happy and a contributing member to society!
Naw… cutbacks have gotten people to be locked in a cell for days… with very little food or medical help. Soon they will beg to confess just to get some of those Human needs. If that doesn’t get them to confess….
