As a child I had really disturbing bathroom dreams, like trying to go in a stall at school that has no door, trying to find a toilet at school that has a door on the stall.. for one. If i found one and did go I would wake up with a wet bed :(( I learned that this is normal for a traumatized child.
OMG. In my dreams, I relieve myself but then I continue to dream that I am looking for the bathroom because of course, I did not really get relief. I dread the day I “dream” that I do.
Our bathroom is immediately outside of our bedroom. Walk to foot of bed, walk across foot of bed, walk 2 ft to dresser and then past it – and out of the bedroom. Turn right take two steps and one is where one needs to be in the bathroom.
Our RV is even better. (It is a class B – aka a Chevy van conversion.) Sit up in bed. Shimmy to foot of bed. Sit on end of bed. Reach out and push in button on door so it pops out. Open door, step off bed, turn, sit. (If sitting on the commode one can put their feet on the bed if they want to.)

If you are asleep and dreaming you need to relieve yourself, don’t!

I have a bright digital clock in the hallway that acts like a night light to the bathroom. By the toilet, I have a motion detector light.

I hate dreams like that, especially when they turn out to be real.

If you do sleep through it you may wind up with a soggy bed.

Never use the toilet in your dream.
