Whoops!

My doctor wants me to watch my weight. I’m in luck. Most of it’s right out there in front of me where I can keep an eye on it.

I wear suspenders.

You lost so much weight, your pants won’t stay up. Yeah, that must be it.

This looks familiar. He must wear those ratchet belts without holes.

As a female, I worry about other things dropping. lol

I didn’t know how hard a pullup was at age 67 until I tried it at my gym after my workout. Wow. But at least I can do one, two on good day.

Not a good look at a children’s playground…..

Good thing this wasn’t the day Ralph decided to go commando.

Has anyone used one of those decompression racks where you flip around an hang upside down? I would rather try one a few times before buying.

Not the punchline I was expecting — I was thinking that the bar he hung on would sag in the middle.

My kind of pull up bar is the one out there on the golf course. Icy cold beer and snacks served by e pretty girl.

I often pull up to the bar, fortunately that hasn’t happened, but I’m usually on a bar stool.

I don’t do pullups. I sit and read comics all day.

It’s terrible when the elastic goes.

Einstein’s theory says that there is no gravity – just time-space. So it’s time that I put some distance between Ralph and his dropped pants.
