My daughter’s neighborhood, mentioned yesterday (the one with Elk Rush, Pheasant Walk, and Fox Chase Drive) also has a Hilltop Circle, which is actually on a hilltop. And a Summit Park Drive, which also goes up to the summit of a hill — where you can “park” your car at one of the many stores located up there! It leads to a big shopping district.

There is an area in VA Beach called Hilltop. 11 feet above sea level. Well that was years ago, it may be lower now.
