    While not in May, I do know that one winter the first day we had any snow was the first day of spring. (It’s so odd a thought that it sticks in my mind – though not which year it was.)

    Mentioned yhus before…a friend used to say with exuberance, “I’m getting married in May…May it never happen.”[He was divorced 3 times and then married a 4th time. Still together!]

    Spring is nice. Summer is hot. When summer threatens to encroach this early, a few more warning rounds of snow to keep it at bay are certainly in order.
