Obviously Heart knows nothing about running. Try a marathon where you “hit the wall” then get your “second wind” where you feel that you can go on forever. Running is all in pacing yourself, getting into a rhythm, and then almost pass out for the last 100 meters (yards) as you sprint to the finish. My coach always said you should not have anything left to be able to sprint the last 100. But you try anyway.

It’s not like the breathing is the hard part! It’s teaching your body what to do with the air once you breathe it!
