    The aphid midge eats 70 species of aphids, which are common garden pests.

    On average, aphid midges only live as adults for about ten days anyway, so it’s probably not a good idea to get attached to one as a pet.

    The spotted lantern fly(Invasive species from China) reached SW PA last year. I lost count of how many I killed. This year is supposed to be worse due to the mild Winter.
