At least we have Slim and Baleen today . .

I check in on Sundays now and then to see what it will be. I skip ‘Slim at Corky’s,’ and anything with Rufus and Joel. I remember the one with Walt getting CPR and going back and forth between Heaven and life. That was SO out of character for the strip.

Ah, Slim. The seventy-year-old man with the face of a one-year-old baby.

Slim is there, dressed as a middle aged fat man. I don’t want whatever it is he delivers.

7AM – 11 Midnite. Hmmm

What’s with Slim’s facial expression in the last panel? He looks like he was just told that his family died in a car accident.

Jimbo has made the daily strip a snore fest but he saves his absolutely worse stuff for Sunday. If it’s not Joel and Rufus, then we get Molehill Highlanders, Meowrice, or Baleen and Slim. He should quit creating new characters because every one has been an abysmal failure. Get back to the Wallet family and the third, fourth, and fifth generations with their daily struggles that made this strip great.
