indeed, no one can fail to fail except of Agnes.

In the Los Angeles metro area, that number seems about accurate, some nights. :-(

Yes, there are indeed 13 stars. Notice that she didn’t say that there are exactly 13 stars.

There were in 1776; today there are 50 stars.

My will to say “Don’t count on it” is flagging.

If her goal is merely to give a number that nobody can prove wrong, she made it.

Nobody can prove that there are NOT thirteen stars.

No one will ever be sure how many stars there are. Just like grains of sand on a beach, there are LOTS of them.

Agnes said the same thing to Trout a few years ago. It still isn’t true but it’s still funny.

Within reality, Agnes. Within reality. Trout can count more than that.

I would pick another number, they say 13 makes a black cat chase you under a ladder

Almost as difficult as trying to count Kardashians. :)

Her reality is only what she can see. Beyond that doesn’t exist.

If you can easily count more than specified number, then you have named the wrong number. If you have a hard time getting to more than that, maybe.

Of course there are thirteen stars! And many more besides!
