    It’s genetic: cilantro tastes like cilantro, or it tastes like soap. Not a choice.

    As I’m a fan of the Cilantro in question, I would still only use it in my homemade salsa served with nachos. Can’t imagine it in anything else. The debate continues…….

    I love using coriander seeds in my cooking but cannot stand cilantro.

    Note: As a rule coriander refers to the seeds and cilantro refers to the leaves, both come from the same plant.
