I’d be one of those monks with a cat you see in the medieval paintings.

I thought comments should be in good taste. Try to be civil, please.

Carmen would not be wandering around alone, much less running for office in the past.

What would I be “like” in 1776? A “patriot.” What would I be like in 0 (zero) to 32 A.D.? A disciple of “The Man from Galiee.”

You know, to be honest, I think that it would be difficult to find an era where, on the average, life is better than it is RIGHT NOW. Sure, there is loads of stupidity, intolerance and ignorance, but, on the whole, life itself isn’t really all that bad.

The part that makes me TRULY sick about life now is that where the bad parts are? That’s ALL our fault. It doesn’t have to be this way. But we LET things slide. And we have all kinds of dickless politicians who will fight against you if you try to make things better.
