    I taught summer school for about 15 out of the 33 years that I taught. Back then they cancelled class with out a certain number of students.

    I always thought “Rubenesque” was a weird synonym for “overweight.” Kind of a strange, backhanded way of cutting a guy down. “Hey! You fat! Like Ruben!”

    Glad no photos like that in my phone – just photos of things we need to buy (husband forgets which brand of which food he likes – this stops arguments at the supermarket) or needlework I have done or back before Covid when we traveled photos of needlework seen at museums.
