Well, you know what they say; Write Who You Know. And if you can’t get revenge in real life, then at least you can daydream about it through your writing.

All writing is revenge writing. Even Winnie the Pooh had a character in it based on someone the author didn’t like.

Talk about writing what you know.

Money and revenge have always inspired writers.

Today’s word is catharsis.

Catharsis is from the Ancient Greek word κάθαρσις, katharsis, meaning “purification” or “cleansing”. In English it can refer to a number of different excreting acts.
