I once read an entire book that did not contain the letter ā€˜Eā€™. The title is Gadsby by Ernest Vincent Wright (the authorā€™s name doesnā€™t count). He didnā€™t even use abbreviations like ā€˜Mr.ā€™ because the actual word contained the letter ā€˜Eā€™.

The dolphins seem to be having a massive vowel movement.

    Specifically, E is used 11.2% followed by A @ 8.5%, R @ 7.6%, I @ 7.5% and O @ 7.2%. The least used letter is basically a tie between J and Q @ 0.2%.

Women who stand on kitchen stools when they see a mouse (at least in the cartoons!) use a lot of Eā€™s : ā€œEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!ā€

ā€œThose dataā€, please. ā€”Also, regarding the letter tallies, are they for running text or lexicon?
