I see what has happened so far, but I’m missing the set up. Even Gus thought A&J would sleep in the guest house. What does Mary Lou’s machinations mean for the visit?

I think Arlo and Janis should just move to the condo. Sell the house and be close to family. Never seen them with any friends just the cat.

Seems like Gus is aging faster than everybody else.
