Good music and good advice. The right kind of music soothes and lifts the depressed.

You can’t do anything directly about the corruption and greed of politicians and one-percenters.

However, you can stay informed and use critical thinking, write letters to the editor, work on and donate money to candidates running against these jerks and VOTE.

One of the best songs ever, and MAN, can that guy hold a note! (A Lovely Daaaaaaaaaaaaay)
