Being an adult is not about age, it’s about maturity. Heck, I’m still one of the most immature people I know. I don’t think Scotty will manage to elevate this above a juvenile prank.
Anyone remember “TV’s Bloopers & Practical Jokes” with Dick Clark and Ed McMahon? I thought the bloopers we funny, but I hated the jokes…as a kid! I was always told I was old for my age. What irks me the most is my husband thinks they are hilarious to watch on Facebook like the tree guys who jump up and scare people. I know for a fact if it happened to him he would be in jail for punching the guy. I wonder how many times they are hurt doing these stupid tricks. I saw a lady throw her phone. Fight or flight is a real thing. She chose both. I know they are not malicious, but I am high strung. There are many others who will actually have health issues. I have been to haunted houses and had no problems because I knew something would happen and I chose to experience it. I should not have to worry about shrubbery while walking down the street.
