When I grew up in the 60s and 70s you could see monarch butterflies everywhere in the summertime. Sadly the monarch population has declined 85% in the last two decades

Climate change is the worst. If we don’t do anything to prevent it, our planet is doomed.

Some days the “like” option isn’t my first thought.

The weather now here in Europe is quite similar to that in the 60s. The winters were colder then and had more snow. Usually.

Local pollution was worse in some places, but the exportation of garbage didn’t help globally.

Money still rules over health. Especially if the loss of the latter happens elsewhere. Just don’t let the wealthy tourists (arriving by plane) get to those places and actually notice that.

    We don´t have monarchs here – WE´RE A REPUBLIC!.

Just joking, we do have one – a pretty good one in fact.

Climate change may contribute a bit but look at habitat encroachment and destruction.

GC should talk to the ski resort owners in the Rockies who are working hard to develop summer income streams, because they know climate change is damaging their ski seasons

We’ve had 13 confirmed tornados, so far this year… in NEW JERSEY! Our average is 2 per year.

@ Gina Carson I agree with you! There were fires, floods and other issues in the past and also will be in the future. It is so blind to think that weather never changes.
