A toss-up between the toothpick and the knife blade which I use almost exclusively for opening letters and packages.

That’s not how the tooth pick works in a Swiss Army knife. It’s a removable plastic pick.

Had several Swiss Army Knives over the years. Never used the cork-screw to remove a cork, but used it for a lot of other things. Tooth pick was one.

I have a Swiss Army knife that I’ve had for close to 40 years. It has been all over the world with me and been, upon occasion, an invaluable tool to have. The blades are wearing down from repeated sharpening, the scales are scarred from years of use, but it still has all its original parts. I have a new one of the same model, but I always pocket the old one.

No Swiss Army knife. But it’s nice to have a dental floss toothpick handy

Getting a swiss army knife through airport security is a problem. I’ve lost a couple of them that way…

The original Swiss Army Knife toothpick was made of dark oak wood that some say was later partly replaced with ebony wood. Later, after Victorinox took over production, the toothpicks were of a hard plastic. And they were both removeable from a small slide in the handle.

I gave my groomsmen Swiss Army knives at our 1982 wedding. Fast forward 30 years, my son didn’t think that was a good gift for his wedding groomsmen anymore.

I, like a lot of pluggers don’t have teeth to pick but I’m planning a dental visit soon to pick my teeth (at least the replacements)
