Nancy totally misunderstands the idea of lying by omission. Sluggo honestly believes that she hasn’t heard about lying by omission and that he is explaining it to her. Nancy already knows about lying by omission and that Sluggo is trying to explain it to her but she is deliberately not listening. She is the one who is lying by omission again and not Sluggo.
