I have commented before, “Rover’s butt is the butt of most of the gas jokes in this strip but Red’s butt is sometimes the butt of a gas joke.” Those jokes where Red passes gas usually take place in the inflatable pool. Rover tends to pass gas in open air.

Ah, Red’s cheeks are coloring with embarrassment! Though, I see no reason for embarrassment. Farts are funny! Just so long as they’re not followed by poop in the Jacuzzi. I was at a gym in the Jacuzzi once and someone was in there with their kid that did just that. My ex and I got out of that thing so fast.
