Tiny’s not swearing on a Bible. I guess he’s afraid either he or it might go up in flames.

Or he doesn’t want them to find the rock hammer he hid in it.

That jumpsuit does not fit right.

It needs to be for someone who is 6’ 3" and weighs 215 lbs.

Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution:

    Section 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

LibProgs everywhere (including Ariail) are jacking off to the thought of DJT behind bars. The rest of us frown and strengthen our resolve to see that they don’t succeed, and that true justice is done. Reluctantly perhaps, but still resolved.

Hey, folks, that’s supposed to be John Glover Roberts, who thinks he’s the chief justice and not Uncle Thomas. I have no objection to the comic, provided that Roberts is at the jail just to humor Drumpf. At least the jumpsuit has on 45 and not 47.

Though it’s a horrible scenario, but Trump could serve as president from a prison cell. The logistics would be extraordinary leaving his VP to do much of the traveling and meeting with heads of state. And if the Repubs got control of Congress, they might change the rules to make it possible for their President to reside in a new, heavily reinforced WH. In fact, left to the Repubs, Trump might experience the presidency much like most holders of that office have done due to the super tight security. For the next four years, it’ll be as if Trump was never found guilty and the Repubs will have plenty of time to find a pardon for El Dumpo, somewhere.

RNC member: State parties should develop ‘options’ to deny Trump nomination if he’s a convicted felon

Bill Palatucci, a Republican National Committee member from New Jersey, is sounding the alarm that the RNC needs to adopt an escape hatch to boot former President Donald Trump from the presidential nomination in the event that he wins but is convicted of a felony, reported The New York Times on Wednesday.“Given what’s happening on the legal front, state parties need to think about what options they’re giving themselves,” said Palatucci, who thinks some state parties need to update their rules for how they allocate delegates at the party convention to allow some to more easily break from Trump if necessary. “All this is happening so quickly, it’s unprecedented, and so as states formulate what their rules are going to be. Everybody’s got a whole new set of circumstances to consider.”

Trump tells Glenn Beck he’d ‘lock up’ political opponents if reelected

“You said in 2016, you know, ‘Lock her up,‘” Beck reminded Trump of his statements about Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016 during an appearance on his BlazeTV show Tuesday. “And then when you became president, you said, ‘We don’t do that in America. That’s just not the right thing to do.’”

“That’s what they’re doing,” Beck continued, asking the former president, “Do you regret not locking her up? And if you’re president again, will you lock people up?”

Trump, who dismissed the various charges he faces in Georgia, New York, Florida and Washington, D.C., said there is “no choice.”

“Well, I’ll give you an example… The answer is you have no choice, because they’re doing it to us,” Trump said, adding that he “never hit Biden as hard as I could have.”

“I always had such great respect for the office of the president and the presidency … And then I heard he was trying to indict me, and it was him that was doing it,” he said.

Lying traitor loser Trump would lock up Americans who WON their elections.

Trump puts the country in a "No Win " Situation.

1 He Looses the election. All of his sycophants that are now in government in state assemblies and voting commissions refuse to certify the results of their state or their own election results. The will be most of the states correctly record their results but Red blue states with red legislatures like Michigan and Wisconsin refuse to certify. The SCOTUS sides with the rebubs and the election will fall to the house and Repubs will steal the election. See option 2

2 He Wins the election, He weaponizes the government against anyone that didn’t agree with him that the elect the election. He demands charges against many people from both parties that he disagrees with. We go through 4 years of this unruly mess and at the end of that term he starts to rail against the 2 term limit arguing that the two term limit is only against consecutive terms, or he tries to run as Vice Pres with the understanding that the Pres will step down on day one.

The only way we survive as a democracy is he dies before the election.
