Aw….you’re so lucky to have a “Dan.” I achieved this myself finally by only thinking of me (and the kitties) when I decorated my current apartment.

Now it’s so cozy it’s hard to go to work and leave it behind, but I have the same feeling as you had when I return. The kitties are always waiting for me at the door. Then I know I’m home.

Living the dream! (I’m totally unmoored after a few days away from my studio, too!) p.s. That second cat with the ? over its head — haha!

I hadn’t thought about it that way, but, yes, that is how I feel about my life and home now, too. It’s comfortable!

I do miss my computer keyboard, trackball and two monitors after a couple of days on the road with a Pixel phone.
